Sovereign Islands
Sovereign Islands are located toward the northern end of the Gold Coast and are connected to Paradise Point by bridge. The prestigious island is made up of luxury homes with deepwater moorings and direct ocean access for the boating enthusiasts.
Residential
Homes on this island are relatively new and do not sell for below $1 million. Ephraim Island is the newest development in the area.
Shopping
Runaway Bay Shopping Village is a five minute drive and has a number of specialty stores as well as Woolworths, Coles, Big W and Target. 10 minutes away is Harbour Town Shopping Centre, an outlet haven that is home to a number of brand names. There are small shops along the Paradise Point Esplanade overlooking the Broadwater.

Buses run through Paradise Point twice an hour. There is also easy access to the M1 Motorway from this area.

Recreation
Boating and fishing are very popular in this area and many homes have jetties. Paradise Point has a beautiful park overlooking the Broadwater just opposite the Paradise Point Village shops. It is a lovely spot for a picnic or barbecue and has a lagoon swimming enclosure.
Golf
Hope Island Resort is about a ten minute drive from Paradise Point. It holds an 18-hole championship golf course designed by five time British Open champion Peter Thomson and his architect firm, Thomson Perrett. Visitors are welcome.
