Robina
Robina is a master-planned residential community located centrally on the Gold Coast. It is a relatively young suburb with endless facilities. Robina Town Centre is a major shopping centre on the Gold Coast and a central feature of the area. Robina train station is the last stop on the Gold Coast line and is located next to the $160 million Skilled Park, the home of the Gold Coast Titans and a major entertainment facility which can cater for crowds of up to 27,000. Bond University is also located in the area. The suburb is made up of dwellings as well as parkland and open spaces with 20km of interconnection walking and bike trails and many lakes.
Residential
Robina is made up of townhouses and houses, many with water or golf frontage. The area is made up of a series of sub-development areas and caters to many lifestyles. Some land is still available.
Shopping
There is no shortage of shopping in Robina. Robina Town Centre is a major feature and attraction in this area. It features 220 stores including Coles, Woolworths, David Jones, Kmart and Target as well as a cinema. The town centre is currently undergoing a $250 million expansion project which will provide another 100 retail outlets. Easy T Centre has an ALDI, fresh fruit market, Cleanskin Cellars wine boutique and many others. Robina Quays and Robina Village Shopping Village have supermarkets and other everyday necessities.

Transport
Robina Rail station is adjacent to the town centre and has a bus shuttle service. The trains link to Nerang, Helensvale and Brisbane. Local buses service the area with connections to other parts of the Gold Coast. Easy access to the M1 Motorway.

Recreation
Robina is a family friendly suburb with endless recreational activities on offer. The numerous parks, walkways and tracks are great for afternoon walks or a push bike ride. Robina Common is home to a range of sporting venues including soccer fields, a basketball court, baseball diamond, playground equipment and more. Robina Aquatic Centre is open for lessons and aqua aerobics. Robina Bowls Club is a nice spot for a drink or meal and has function facilities. Robina Art Gallery is across the road from the town centre and is worth a look.
Golf
Robina Woods is an 18-hole par 71 championship golf course carved out of the original woodlands of Robina. Visitors are welcome. The Glades is an 18-hole par 72 course situated on the Pacific Highway at Robina. The challenging golf course has nine hectares of wetlands to create a natural sanctuary within the golf course.
