Chevron Island is a small island suburb that sits between Surfers Paradise and Bundall on the Nerang River. Its size helps it to maintain a village feel and a café culture is evident. It has a relaxed atmosphere but also a sophisticated air as it sits on the water providing spectacular views of Surfers Paradise. The facilities on Chevron Island make it most suited to residents rather than tourists which also helps the suburb to maintain a community feel in a tourist city.

Residential

Chevron Island is made up of both riverfront and non-riverfront homes as well as units. The positioning of Chevron Island and the fantastic views over Surfers Paradise has placed the value of some of the homes on the island into the millions of dollars.

Shopping

Chevron Island is home to a number of boutique shops as well as cafes and restaurants and is popular for al fresco dining. The clubs and shops of Surfers Paradise are within walking distance with Chevron Renaissance supplying a supermarket, doctor’s surgery and pharmacy as well as boutique shopping. Pacific Fair is a ten minute drive.
